Safe custody.—Every public call office operator shall keep every register of subscribers to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a public call office is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every register of subscribers so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Uttarakhand within seven days of the close of each year.
