Rule 16, Kerala Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2016 [S3K-6PT]

Report to the Government.—The Government of Kerala shall prepare, within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of e-commerce operators whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Kerala and publish it within one hundred and eighty days of its preparation.
