Application for registration.—Every executor of a will carrying on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall make an application for registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form VIII, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every adoption order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
