Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in minerals shall apply to the State Government in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the State Government shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
