Rule 22, Maharashtra Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2016 [S3K-3AK]

Report to the Government.—The State Government shall prepare, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of dealers in minerals whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Maharashtra and publish it within forty-five days of its preparation.
