Application for registration.—Every dealer in minerals carrying on dealing in minerals shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form H, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every transit pass held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
