Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any dealer in minerals dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the State Government in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every royalty receipt then held; and the State Government shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
