Surrender of certificate.—Every mediation service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of mediation services shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Arbitration Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every reference held by him has been disposed of.
