Intimation of change.—Every mediation service provider shall intimate to the Arbitration Council, in Form B and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Arbitration Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
