Application for registration.—Every nursing home carrying on the running of a nursing home shall make an application for registration to the District Registering Authority in Form 28, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
