Intimation of change.—Every exporter shall intimate to the Commissioner, in Form GSTR-3B and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
