Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Appellate Tribunal in the custody of the Aviation Security Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Appellate Tribunal; and where the Aviation Security Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form CA-6 within ninety days of the succession.
