Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registrar to an issue shall apply to the Clearing Corporation in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Clearing Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
