Surrender of certificate.—Every committee of a gurdwara who ceases to carry on the management of a gurdwara shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Waqf Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
