Intimation of change.—Every owner of a building in a village shall intimate to the District Panchayat, in Form 7 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
