Conditions of registration.—Every non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government shall carry on the receipt of substantial financing from the Government only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every inquiry report in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such inquiry report for inspection on request by the Inquiry Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
