Intimation of change.—Every non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government shall intimate to the Central Information Commission, in Form D and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Information Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
