Rule 8, Rajasthan Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2016 [S3J-GBZ]

Maintenance of premises.—Every non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government shall keep the premises where the receipt of substantial financing from the Government is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every inquiry report kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the receipt of substantial financing from the Government, and shall furnish to the Central Information Commission in Form D, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
