Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government shall apply to the Central Information Commission in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Central Information Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
