Intimation of change.—Every toll plaza operator shall intimate to the State Transport Authority, in Form 20 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Transport Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
