Rule 19, Punjab Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2016 [S3J-CJQ]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a mine within a forest shall apply to the Biodiversity Authority in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Biodiversity Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
