Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the owner of a mine within a forest to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form II, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Biodiversity Authority shall record the manner and the date of service within one hundred and eighty days of the service.
