Intimation of change.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall intimate to the Biodiversity Authority, in Form IV and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Biodiversity Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
