Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the electrical contractor shall apply to the Ombudsman in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Ombudsman shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
