Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any electrical contractor dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Ombudsman in Form VI, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every meter then held; and the Ombudsman shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
