Application for registration.—Every citizen carrying on travel abroad shall make an application for registration to the Citizenship Committee in Form B, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every registration certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
