Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station who ceases to carry on the use of premises as a polling station shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Delimitation Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 26 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
