Records to be maintained.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station shall maintain, in Form 2B, a record of the use of premises as a polling station showing the particulars of every affidavit of a candidate received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within ten days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
