Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the treatment or processing of goods belonging to another person is carried on, the particulars of every bond held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form GSTR-3B, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
