Application for registration.—Every job worker carrying on the treatment or processing of goods belonging to another person shall make an application for registration to the Joint Commissioner in Form GSTR-3B, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every consignment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
