Application for registration.—Every insurance repository carrying on the holding of policies in electronic form shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form IRDA-1, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every proposal form held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
