Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a mine within a forest dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every monitoring report then held; and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
