Intimation of change.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall intimate to the Chief Wild Life Warden, in Form VII and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
