Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sports academy shall apply to the Disciplinary Panel in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Disciplinary Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
