Intimation of change.—Every sports academy shall intimate to the Disciplinary Panel, in Form D and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Disciplinary Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
