Surrender of certificate.—Every platform aggregator who ceases to carry on the engagement of gig workers shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
