Application for registration.—Every holder of a public office carrying on the holding of a public office shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
