Maintenance of premises.—Every owner of a building near a defence work shall keep the premises where the erection of buildings near a defence work is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every licence kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the erection of buildings near a defence work, and shall furnish to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment in Form C, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
