Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the broadcasting organisation shall apply to the Registrar in Form 18 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of four thousand rupees, and the Registrar shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
