Clause 2, Gujarat State Disaster Management (Hazard map Control) Order, 2015 [S3H-KKY]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003 (Gujarat Act 20 of 2003); (b) "owner of a school building" means a person carrying on the safety of a school building; (c) "shelter" means a shelter received, held or disposed of by a owner of a school building in the course of the safety of a school building; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
