Clause 2, Kerala Fiscal Responsibility (Voucher Control) Order, 2015 [S3H-JC1]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Kerala Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003 (Kerala Act 17 of 2003); (b) "implementing agency" means a person carrying on the implementation of a scheme; (c) "register of contracts" means a register of contracts received, held or disposed of by a implementing agency in the course of the implementation of a scheme; (d) "Form GFR 40" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
