Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a dock who ceases to carry on the employment of dock workers shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Labour Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every standing order held by him has been disposed of.
