Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the guardian appointed by the court shall apply to the Family Court in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Family Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
