Surrender of certificate.—Every guardian appointed by the court who ceases to carry on the management of the property of a minor shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Family Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every notice of intended marriage held by him has been disposed of.
