Application for registration.—Every keeper of an eating house carrying on the keeping of an eating house shall make an application for registration to the Government of Telangana in Form VIII, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every pledge held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
