Surrender of certificate.—Every sharecropper who ceases to carry on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Settlement Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every certificate of occupancy held by him has been disposed of.
