Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the clearing and forwarding agent shall apply to the Director of Industries in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Director of Industries shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
