Surrender of certificate.—Every mediator who ceases to carry on the conduct of mediation shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every register of arbitrators held by him has been disposed of.
