Report to the Government.—The Commanding Officer of the Unit shall prepare, within three days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of dealers in military stores whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Tamil Nadu and publish it within sixty days of its preparation.
