Clause 2, Odisha Land Reforms (Survey number Control) Order, 2015 [S3G-YJ5]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960 (Odisha Act 16 of 1960); (b) "lessee of Government land" means a person carrying on the holding of Government land on lease; (c) "holding" means a holding received, held or disposed of by a lessee of Government land in the course of the holding of Government land on lease; (d) "Form 7" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
